Capture & Compose 3-day pass

Turn any live website into ready-to-export screenshots

Paste a live URL and Snipfolio captures full-resolution screenshots across desktop, tablet, and mobile, then composes them into a ready-to-export image. Great for app store listings, landing pages, docs, and social posts. No screenshot tool, no resizing, no device frames to drag in by hand.

You need screenshots of your live site: for an App Store listing, a landing page hero, a doc, or a social post. So you open your site, resize the window, take a screenshot, do it again for tablet, again for mobile, then drag each one into a device frame and arrange them by hand...

Capture & Compose automates this.

How it works

Step 1

New Project → Capture & Compose

Start a new project and choose the Capture & Compose option. It's available alongside the regular drag-and-drop screenshot workflow.

Step 2

Paste your URL

Drop in any live website: your marketing site, your app's landing page, even a deployed preview build.

Step 3

Pick a layout preset

Choose how you want your screenshots arranged: laptop and phone side by side, the full responsive lineup, or a clean browser frame with or without the URL bar.

Step 4

Watch it capture, live

Hit Capture & Create and Snipfolio's screenshotter visits the live page, capturing each viewport with real-time progress: connecting, loading, rendering, done.

Step 5

Open your finished mockup

Within seconds, a new project is created with the captured screenshots already placed inside device frames, composed and ready to export. Tweak it like any other project, or export it as-is.

Questions

Is Capture & Compose a paid feature?
Yes. Capture & Compose is unlocked with a 3-day pass. Free accounts can still use Snipfolio’s manual snipping and mockup tools.
What does Snipfolio actually capture?
Snipfolio visits the live page you provide and takes full-resolution screenshots at desktop, tablet, and mobile viewport sizes, then crops them to match the device frame you choose.
Can I re-capture after I update my site?
Yes. Re-run the capture anytime to refresh the screenshots with the current version of your page, then re-export.
Does it work on password-protected or local sites?
Not yet. The page you capture needs to be publicly reachable on the internet.
Can I edit the result afterward?
Yes. The captured screenshots land in a normal Snipfolio project, already placed in device frames. You can adjust the mockup, backgrounds, and captions just like any other project.
